DEG Korean Cuisine

Located in Taichung,DEG is committed to creating a novel BBQ experience; the space is depicted as a sharp knife cutting through flesh and blood,and people gather around the stove to enjoy the atmosphere of barbecue, reinterpreting modern Korean BBQ.

Sharp angles cut into the reception facade, and the transition between the entrance and the dining area is designed with straight lines and rounded corners, creating a contradictory and interesting impedance. Stepping into the dining area, the high-span white suspension ceiling with tension, and the metal mesh ceiling on both sides correspond to each other, surrounding people with booth sofas, and the sharp angles on the booth details continue the brand’s visual identity.

In the end of the dining area, between the transparent glass strips and the flickering orange light, material and form freely narrate, leading customers to interpret the situation freely.
