Contract Workplaces designed the Paysafe offices in Lima to foster collaboration and innovation, featuring a dynamic layout, panoramic views, and cultural elements that reflect both the brand and local identity.
Paysafe is a multinational leader in online payment solutions, offering payment processing services, digital wallets, and cash payment systems for businesses and consumers. In establishing its new headquarters in Lima, the company sought a space capable of fostering collaboration, energizing its teams, and reflecting the dynamism of its brand. To achieve this, it commissioned Contract Workplaces to design a functional, inspiring office aligned with the organization’s constantly evolving work strategy.
The project was developed on a 980 m² floor within Torre Orquídeas, a landmark skyscraper in the San Isidro district that combines innovation, modernity, and a privileged location in the city’s financial hub. The office stands out for its wide panoramic views and terraces on three of its fronts.
The layout creates a journey that begins in the reception and waiting area, conceived as a prelude to the Boardroom. From there, circulation flows toward a line of phone booths and collaborative zones, leading into the open space with 100 workstations. This area is positioned along the perimeter of the floor, ensuring access to natural light and expansive exterior views. Each station is equipped with height-adjustable desks, promoting an ergonomic and flexible work environment.
The program includes meeting rooms in different formats and a Town Hall designed for events, presentations, and collaborative gatherings. Added to this are a support kitchen and a social area furnished with sofas and swings facing the terrace—a playful gesture that reflects Paysafe’s innovative culture and brings vitality to the workspace. The design also integrates a wellness space for employee rest, which also serves as a lactation room.
Inspired by the look & feel of its London headquarters, the design incorporates a color palette based on the corporate colors—vibrant violet-blue, gray, and black—complemented by white desks, walls, and ceilings. One of the central requirements was to develop graphic art that expressed local identity, so cultural icons from Peru were integrated, including the Nazca Lines, Cusco’s Rainbow Mountain, and the Lima skyline. In addition, Kené patterns from the central Amazon were applied to the TV modules in the meeting rooms. Biophilic design was reinforced through planters integrated into custom credenzas and shelving.
The result is a flexible and vibrant workplace that reflects Paysafe’s identity: an office conceived to connect people, support multiple work styles, and enhance innovation and collaboration among its teams every day.
